Great interview.
Another note - often your CMS will outlive your relationship with your web designer / developer. So make sure when the relationship heads south, you can pick it up and take it with you.
Therefore, dont use a CMS unless it is supported and understood outside of your developers head. No custom CMS for Small/Med business.
Also, make sure your CMS also is able to have individual pages with accessible meta data and tags.
