And when I say one simple step, I am talking about a dance step. This video is currently making the rounds, and I thought I’d include it here in case you haven’t seen it yet. It’s a clever “mashup” in which Derek Sivers (who has presented several TED talks) took an existing YouTube video and added voiceover to create an intriguing lesson in leadership.
